		<description>Yes. My husband is a loan officer and told me that today he closed on the first deal in a year that wasn't a short sale, foreclosure, or REO property. With that inventory drying up, values should begin to more accurately the home's value--no more being dragged down by distress sales.</description>

		<description>It definitely takes quite a bit of patience to sit and wait for an approval on a short sale, especially when/if you currently own a home or need to move in quickly.</description>
